Is it reversible or foldable?
No. The SmartGRID layer is present only on the top side, and the mattresses are not foldable.

Does it contain memory foam?
No memory foam is used. There is a bounce-enhancing foam layer beneath the SmartGRID layer.

Is assembly difficult?
Not at all. Chairs have a 3‑step home assembly process. Instruction manuals and videos are provided.
What about warranty and installation?
Chairs come with a 3-year manufacturing warranty. Free installation is available for select pincodes.

Onyx & Aristo chairs: 120 kg; Stylux chair: 125 kg.
3. Pillow FAQs
Are the pillows washable?
Plush pillows can be bucket-washed. For SmartGRID pillows, only the outer cover is washable.
Which pillow covers fit?
Standard pillowcases fit Plush and SmartGRID pillows. ErgoRelief pillows may require larger covers due to their shape.
Do they flatten over time?
SmartGRID pillows retain their shape very well. Plush pillows have a bounce-back microfiber fill to help maintain shape.
Can I use these pillows on any mattress?
Yes. All Mattress Company pillows are compatible with any mattress.
Is there a warranty on pillows?
The Neck Massager Pillow includes a 3-month manufacturing warranty. Other pillows do not carry a warranty.

What sizes are available and is there a warranty?
The Suzzette Premium Wood Bed is available in King (78″×72″) and Queen (78″×60″) sizes. It comes with a 3-year manufacturing warranty.
Is it durable and how is it delivered?
The bed is made from premium engineered wood and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
What is the weight capacity?
It can support weights of approximately 115 kg comfortably.

Does the mattress protector trap heat or make noise?
No. The bamboo fabric used is breathable and silent, ensuring a comfortable sleep.
Are fitted sheets prone to shrinkage?
Fitted bamboo sheets are soft, hypoallergenic, and moisture-wicking. They may shrink slightly—cold wash and tumble dry on low for best results.
Are comforters reversible and suitable for all seasons?
Yes. The comforters are lightweight, reversible, and designed for year-round use.

How does it work and what power is needed?
The adjustable bed uses a motorized base to raise different sections. It supports zero-gravity posture and requires a standard electrical outlet.
Weight capacity and mattress compatibility?
It supports up to 250 kg and works best with SmartGRID mattresses, although other mattresses can be used.
What sizes are available?
King (78″×72″×8″) and Queen (78″×60″×8″) sizes are offered.

Available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Compatible with Android 8+ and iOS 12+.
Which products pair with it and how?
The SensAI Sleep Analyzer and SensAI Smart Pillow can be paired easily through Bluetooth using in-app guidance.
What if my device doesn’t connect?
Ensure the product is powered, within range, and your phone’s Bluetooth is on. Restart both devices if needed.
What metrics does it track?
It tracks Sleep Stages, Heart Rate, Breathing Patterns, Sleep Duration, and Regularity for a comprehensive view of your sleep.
