The Mattress Company offers limited warranties on all mattresses, ranging from 10 to 15 years depending on the product. These warranties are designed to give you peace of mind and long-lasting comfort.

Warranty: 10-year limited warranty.
Warranty Covers:
- Indentations or sagging more than 1 inch not caused by misuse or an improper bed base.
- Manufacturing defects in the zipper (excluding breakage due to mishandling).
Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Normal wear and tear or misuse
- Cosmetic flaws and minor imperfections
- Stains, burns, discoloration
- Indentations less than 1 inch
- Comfort preferences (softness, firmness)
- Used, gifted, or resold mattresses
- Mattresses from unauthorized distributors
- Damage from pets, children, rodents
- Allergic reactions to materials
- Natural foam/cotton odours
- Normal softening of foam

Warranty: 10-year limited warranty.

Warranty: 12-year limited warranty.

📩 Steps to Claim Warranty

- Describe the issue clearly.
- Submit photo/video evidence and attach a copy of the invoice.
Assessment:
- Our team will review your claim.
- Additional proof or product pickup may be requested.
- The final decision is based on internal quality checks.
Resolution:
- If approved: a replacement or equivalent product will be offered.
- If rejected: the reason for ineligibility will be shared.

- Warranty starts from the date of purchase.
- For defects within 1 year: full repair or replacement.
- For defects after 1 year: prorated credit or repair based on time since purchase.
